We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. After you have placed your order, we’ll email you to seek your acceptance of these terms. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.

When you checkout, we can provide an estimate based on your items, address, and shipping provider. These are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping estimates are subject to change based on updates from the shipping company.

Each shipping company provides its own tracking number and shipping information. To track your package once it leaves our hands, you’ll need to reference your tracking number and contact the shipping company if there are issues.

Freight:

After ordering, the order will take 2-5 business days to be ready to be shipped, so the estimated delivery time shall be fulfillment time + shipping time.

You will receive an email with a tracking code in your e-mail after the package is shipped.

The estimated delivery time will be the total fulfillment time + shipping time.

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, Boutipe is unreliable for overtime delivery caused by force majeure such as a pandemic, earthquake, natural disaster, war, country policy, etc. which is hard to control.
